Session terms
1. Payment and booking
A 50% deposit is required to secure your session date
The remaining balance is due before the final edited images are delivered.
2. Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling follow the policy outlined in the Terms of Service
Rescheduling fees may apply depending on timing
3. Image delivery and usage
Final edited images are typically delivered within five business days after image selections are received.
Each edited image is delivered as high-resolution and web-resolution JPEG files via an online gallery.
RAW or unedited images are not included
Clients receive personal and business use rights for delivered images
Copyright remains with TrueYou Headshots. Clients receive a perpetual license for personal and business marketing use.
Images may not be modified beyond normal cropping or resizing without written permission.
4. Retouching and editing
Standard retouching is included with all selected images. Premium retouching may be purchased unless otherwise included in the client's quote.
Additional retouching or edits are available for an additional fee
5. Preparing for your session
Please arrive on time and ready for your session
The client is responsible for communicating session information to participating employees, including arrival times and wardrobe recommendations where applicable.
Working together during the session helps create the best results.
Late arrival may reduce session time or require rescheduling
Please sign using your mouse or upload a signature. Typed signatures are not accepted.
After Submission
After submission, a 50% deposit invoice will be sent to secure your session date. Once payment is received, your session is confirmed.
