I’m not comfortable in front of the camera, can you help?

Yes. Most clients feel this way at first. I guide you through the session so you look

natural and confident.

How long does a session take?

Individual sessions typically take 15 to 45 minutes.
Corporate sessions average 5 to 10 minutes per person.
Event sessions are designed for high volume, typically about 2 to 3 minutes per person.

How do I choose my final image?

You’ll review your images during or right after the session and select your favorites.

For individual sessions, I can help you choose your final image on the spot. Images are delivered digitally for easy viewing and selection.

Do you retouch the images?

Yes. Images are carefully and naturally retouched so you look polished while still looking like yourself. Learn more on the Retouching page.

When will I receive my images?

Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days. You’ll receive high-resolution images suitable for web, LinkedIn, and print. Expedited delivery is available if needed.

Where does the session take place?

Sessions can be done at your office, in-studio, or at a location that fits your brand.

What do you need from us for on-site sessions?

A conference room sized space with adequate open area for the lighting setup,

access to power, and reliable Wi-Fi for instant image delivery. I’ll confirm the setup details ahead of time.

What background options are available?

Clean neutral backgrounds are standard. Environmental, branded, and custom background options are also available depending on your needs. Consistent composite backgrounds can also be created for teams photographed across multiple dates or locations.

How do I book a session?

You can book an individual session through the Individual Headshot Request Form, or request team and event coverage through the Team & Event Request Form. You can also contact me directly to discuss your needs.
