1. Booking and payment

By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

  • Sessions must be booked in advance

  • Payment details are provided at the time of booking

  • Final images are not delivered until payment is complete

​

2. Rescheduling and cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made in writing by email

  • Refunds:

    • 30 or more days before session: full refund

    • 7 to 30 days: 50 percent refund

    • 3 to 6 days: 25 percent refund

    • Less than 72 hours: no refund

  • Rescheduling is allowed at no cost with at least 48 hours notice

  • Emergencies are handled case by case​

3. Session logistics

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time

  • Late arrival may shorten the session

  • Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may require rescheduling and an additional fee

  • Team and event sessions are scheduled in advance and follow a coordinated timeline

4. Image delivery and retouching

  • Final images are delivered via online gallery within 1 to 7 business days

  • Galleries include high resolution and web optimized files

  • One round of standard retouching is included

  • Additional retouching is available for a fee

  • Images are stored for 30 days after delivery

5. Usage and licensing

  • Clients receive a non exclusive license for personal and professional use

  • This includes websites, LinkedIn, and marketing materials

  • TrueYou Headshots retains copyright to all images

  • Images may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes

  • Clients may request privacy in writing before the session

​

6. Client responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing session details before booking

  • Clients are responsible for their appearance and wardrobe

  • Clients must follow any provided session guidance

  • A parent or guardian must be present for clients under 18

​

7. Liability and policy updates

  • TrueYou Headshots is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or unforeseen issues during sessions

  • Reasonable care is taken to provide a safe environment

  • These terms may be updated at any time

  • Continued use of services indicates acceptance of any updates
