Book a headshot station for a half day or a full day—whatever works best for your event! Each station can accommodate up to 20 people per hour (approx. 160 people per 8hr. day), so choose the option that fits your crowd and keeps things running smoothly.
Option 1: Single Headshot Station
...Includes: 1 Photographer, 1 Assistant, Single Backdrop Setup, Instant Email Delivery, Private Viewing Galleries, Branded Messaging, Automated Lead Generation, 20+ People Per Hour.
Half day (4 hrs.).....$2,200
Full day (8 hrs.)......$3,800
Option 2: Two Headshot Stations (To accommodate large event groups and minimize wait times)

Additional Images w/ Basic Retouching ($50/image)
Beyond the one image included with the session, participant can select as many additional headshots with the same degree of retouching as above.

Specific Retouching ($15/image)
We can address specific needs in your headshots such as: a double chin, facial and body reshaping, vein removal, brighten eyes, facial contouring, enhancing facial expressions, tattoo removal, removing glasses reflection, etc. (See Retouching)

Background Changes ($15/image)
A unique background can be composited into the headshot such as an office environment, classic white, textured or not-textured gray, brand colors, etc.
"OUT-OF-TOWN" LOCATION
Travel Costs

Travel expenses (billed at cost) include: mileage at $0.70/mile or vehicle rental, flights (economy) & excess baggage, accommodation (cost determined by location), daily meal and incidental expenses of $65, and any necessary parking or tolls. Labor billed at 1/2 day rates. These costs will be itemized and billed with the final invoice.
