CORE TERMS (for All Headshot Sessions)
1. Payment & Booking
A 50% deposit is required to book a session. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before the session unless other payment arrangements have been made.
Zero percent sales tax on photography services.
Accepted payments: Wix Payments, PayPal or Venmo
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Refunds are issued based on the following schedule:
30 days before the session: 100% refund
7-30 days before the session: 50% refund
3-6 days before the session: 25% refund
3 days or less: No refund
No-call/no-show = session forfeited, no refund.
Rescheduling may be available at no additional cost if requested at least 48 hours in advance. If a session is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances on the part of TrueYou Headshots, the client will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled session at no additional cost.
3. Image Delivery & Usage Rights
Edited images will be delivered within 5-7 business days via an online gallery.
The client has personal and business use rights, but TrueYou Headshots retains the copyright. Images may not be resold or edited without permission.
4. Liability & Satisfaction
TrueYou Headshots is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, technical failure) but will work to reschedule if needed.
Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final.
